Our cancellation conditions:

  • Until 21 days before arrival: free of charge
  • 20 until 8 days before arrival: 70 %
  • 7 until 2 days before arrival: 90 %
  • 1 day before arrival and no show: 100 %
  • Earlier departure: 100 %

Bookings are binding as soon as you receive the booking confirmation. Cancellation have to be in writing. We recommend taking out travel insurance. Hotel Cancellation insurance (europaeische.at)

Dogs / Pets:

On request, dogs are welcome to join you on holiday for an additional charge. Per room we accept one dog. Cats are not allowed.

However, we ask you to note the following:

Dogs are not allowed in the main restaurant, in the sauna or on our furniture (benches, chairs, couches, beds, etc.). Also pillows and blankets are not meant for pets!

We ask for your understanding, not everyone is a dog lover and some are even very allergic. Thank you!
