Skiing & Snowboarding

288 km of slopes, 90 lifts and cable cars, 80 rustic ski huts. Skier´s heart - what more do you want? The Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental is one of the largest ski areas in the world. In addition to pistes of varying degrees of difficulty, an ALPENIGLU(R) village, 3 fun parks, adventure pistes and Austria´s largest night skiing area await you.

Young Family Card - 1 ticket for 2 parents. 
The ticket is available for 3 - 14 days. The ticket can be used alternately by one of the two parents. Extra charge to the standard ticket price € 5,00.

Children up to 15 years free of charge! 
20.03. - 11.04.2021: If 1 parent buys a ski pass for at least 3 days, all family members' children up to 15 years (born 2005-2014) receive the ski pass for the same period free of charge.

GRUBERHOF SKIER-SERVICE

Free ski shuttle
Trips to the "Südhang": 08:50 to 10:15, depending on the demand.
Transfer back to the Gruberhof: 15:30, 16:00, 16:30 o'clock.
Further transfers after consultation and for a fee of € 15,00 per ride.

We bring you directly to the "Südhang" cable car No. 66 and you save yourself long waiting and gondola rides!

Discover the winter on two runners

If you like tobogganing, you can look forward to 3 snow-covered and illuminated toboggan runs in Ellmau and Söll. Toboggans can be rented in the sports store or at the Gruberhof. If the snow conditions allow it, you can also toboggan at the Gruberhof. Most guests take the bus shuttle to the ski area in the morning and in the afternoon boldly toboggan down to the Gruberhof (if there is enough snow).

Two other skates but just as much fun await you while skating on one of the numerous courses in the region.

Winter hiking, snowshoeing & snow touring

You can enjoy exploring the gentle winter landscape in a comfortable way while hiking & ski touring. The possibilities here are also almost unlimited. We would be happy to inform you about comfortable and also a little bit hidden tours away from the hustle and bustle in the skiing area. Take your time and enjoy the snowy winter landscape in a very comfortable way. You can rent snowshoes directly at the hotel.

Our tip: combine winter and snowshoe hiking with a tobogganing trip, that's twice as much fun.
